Notebook "I Launch"

This little book consists of theory and exercises, making it a kind of self-therapy tool. Created together with psychotherapist Dovile Prižginė, "Paleidžiu" is intended for deeper self-reflection and for bringing feelings, thoughts, and traumas into our consciousness. Usually, conscious self-observation is enough, and change begins to happen on its own. It touches on themes of attachment, the pain body and triggers, perspective, and self-love.
