Full Moon in Virgo. Lunar Eclipse

On March 14, 2025, the full moon in Virgo will be accompanied by a lunar eclipse. We are opening the gates of the eclipse corridor, which will close on March 29 when the new moon in Aries with a solar eclipse occurs. In Lithuania, we will only see the beginning of the eclipse (penumbra) from 05:57 a.m. The total lunar eclipse at 8:58 a.m. will be visible in the continents of North and South America.

The culmination point of the lunar cycle is the full moon, when the Sun (consciousness) most brightly illuminates the Earth's satellite (subconsciousness) with its light. During a lunar eclipse, this maximum illumination of the Moon briefly disappears from the eyes of humanity. The Earth covers the radiance of the Moon with its shadow. The essence of the cosmic shadow theater mystery is sometimes not obvious and only unfolds over time. The consequences of changes and transformations sometimes extend throughout the entire period while eclipses occur on the same axis of the Zodiac signs (from October 2024 to February 2027). It is worth remembering how the eclipses that occurred on this axis of the signs of Virgo and Pisces last affected us personally about 18 years ago in 2006-2008. Or in an even earlier cycle in 1987-1989.

Think about what eclipses mean to you, specifically. What are your personal experiences observing them?
Do you remember important events during eclipse periods, or do you notice certain repetitions?

Understanding personal experience helps us create an authentic relationship with this phenomenon and our true story, without succumbing to the anxiety instilled in the mass consciousness that ignites at the mere mention of the word “eclipse.” Are these periods in your history really so dramatic and frightening? Or are they, on the contrary, moments of successful change? Let's create our own unique story without toxic templates or limiting beliefs.

March 14, 2025. The full moon and eclipse will be in the sign of Virgo, when the Sun travels in front of the sign of Pisces. Both of these Zodiac archetypes are related to cleanliness: Virgo's energy takes care of the hygiene and order of the body, thoughts, mental and emotional health; Pisces - spiritual cleansing, purification, liberation from attachments. Both signs are related to healing - Virgo's energy practically uses the natural resources of the Earth to heal the body, monitor the daily routine, and diet; Pisces is related to spiritual healing, awakening hope, reminding us that we are eternal souls, children of God. Both Zodiac signs are dedicated to service, help, and care.

However, the energies of the Virgo and Pisces Zodiacs are different, their expression differs. If the principle of action of Virgo is concrete, detailed, organized, logical, the archetypal model of action of the Pisces sign has no definiteness, on the contrary, idealization, universality and subtlety of dissolution into one. If the energy of Virgo is expressed through ideas, thoughts, logic; Pisces - through imagination, intuition, empathy, mysticism. The energy of Virgo employs us and encourages us to act usefully, systematically, disciplinedly. Pisces encourages us to simply be, to let everything happen, to contemplate being, about the higher meaning and essence of all phenomena, about the Creator and the oneness of his creation.

The energy of both signs is important and necessary. There would be no form without inspiration to create it. Without material means, masterpieces would not be created. Without earthly love for ourselves, our body, our neighbor, we would not sail into the ocean of unconditional love and union with the Spirit. So what do you choose? Differences and extremes, or the opportunity to experience the harmony of opposites? By allowing ourselves to experience the entire package of experiences prepared for us (or maybe prepared by ourselves), we resist less and do not waste our lives debating with the Creator (or maybe just with the most intelligent “ME”?).

The Full Moon in Virgo, along with the Lunar Eclipse near the South Node of the Moon, can bring work issues to the surface (How much meaning do we feel in our work? What benefits do we create? What responsibilities do we “drag” on without asking, or maybe we avoid some obligations? Are we realizing our soul’s calling?). We can feel the extent of our control, level of perfectionism, dissatisfaction, (self)criticism, and nervousness (Where do I act out of fear? How do I punish myself for mistakes? When does the opinion of others become a measure of my self-worth?). During this period, formalism, manifestations of manipulation, or petty harassment may increase.

This eclipse is like another exam from the Universe, inviting us to look at our lives from a broader, cosmic perspective. Through the events, circumstances, and inner experiences of this period, we can see more clearly how much we have grown and what lessons we have already learned. We will no longer be able to ignore what no longer serves our well-being, what has exhausted us, become old, and is holding us back. Let us listen to the messages of the Universe, accept experiences with openness, and feel the whispers of our soul.
