Refund policy

This product return and exchange policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets out the procedure for returns, exchanges, and refunds. The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and the legal acts of the European Union.

1. Return periods

14-day right of withdrawal (for quality products). The Buyer has the right, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, to withdraw from the sales contract and return a quality product without providing any reason, in accordance with EU and LR legal acts.

14 days for a defective product. If you receive a defective (faulty) product, you may submit a request for its return or replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Warranty cases. If the product has hidden defects that become apparent later, the warranty periods provided for in LR legal acts apply.

2. Return conditions

The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be in its original, neat packaging.
  2. The product must be undamaged, unused, and not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.).
  3. The product must be complete in the same set as it was received.
  4. Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation, copy of the payment transfer, or receipt). An electronic copy is sufficient.

3. How to return a product

The return process is carried out in the following steps:

  1. Contact us by email at labas@manomenulis.lt, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. Attach photos or a video of the product and/or parcel describing the problem.
  2. Within 2 business days, we will review your request and send confirmation and return instructions.
  3. After receiving confirmation, send the product to the specified address: LP Express or Omniva parcel locker, at: RIMI, Europos pr. 43, Kaunas. Tel. no. +370 628 89 988
  4. Items sent to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

4. Shipping costs

Return of a quality product: the Buyer pays the return shipping costs.

Return of a defective product: the Seller pays the return shipping costs.

Incorrect item received: the Seller pays the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you within 2 business days whether the return has been approved.

Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may additionally process the transaction for up to 5 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us by email at labas@manomenulis.lt.

Quality product: only the amount paid for the product is refunded. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Defective product or incorrect item received: the full amount is refunded, including shipping costs.

Payment by gift voucher: an equivalent of the voucher value and any additional amount paid (if any) are refunded.

Product purchased at a discount: the amount actually paid is refunded, taking into account the applied discount rate.

6. Damages and issues

After receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible by email at labas@manomenulis.lt so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.

Incorrect item received: the Seller undertakes to replace the product with the correct one. If the correct product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued (for the product and actual shipping costs).

Defective product: the Seller undertakes to replace the product with an equivalent quality product or refund the money.

7. Product exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired product is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase a new product separately. The exchange procedure is carried out according to the return procedure set out in this Policy.

8. Final provisions

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, including the provisions on the protection of EU consumer rights.

All disputes arising from the implementation of this Policy shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in this Policy.
