Terms of service

The seller is "Mano mėnulis, MB," a Lithuanian company duly registered and operating in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 306864691, address: V. Putvinskio St. 42 - 3, Kaunas, LT-44211.

1. General Provisions.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding document for the parties, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedures for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store "Mano Mėnulis."
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded at the moment when the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, provided the delivery address, selected the payment method, and reviewed the Terms and Conditions, clicks the "Buy" button.

2. Personal Data Protection.
2.1. When ordering products from the online store "Mano Mėnulis," the buyer is required to provide the requested information during the purchase: first name, last name, address, and email address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of order fulfillment. The Buyer also consents to receiving informational messages necessary for order processing at the email address specified by the Buyer.
2.4 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer has given their explicit consent.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State authority in cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the Buyer's separate written consent.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
3.2 Provide complete, detailed, and accurate information in the payment form. If the Buyer submits inaccurate, false, or misleading data in the payment form, "Mano Mėnulis" reserves the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.2. In the event of any changes to the Buyer’s information provided in the purchase form, the Buyer is obliged to promptly inform the Seller.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement of goods, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Goods Return Policy.
3.4. By placing an order in the online store "Mano Mėnulis," the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and commits to complying with them and the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all necessary conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services offered by the online store "Mano Mėnulis".
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability and security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer's access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy rights concerning the Buyer's personal information provided in the purchase form and shall not disclose it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store due to significant circumstances without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of these Rules.
4.7 If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by "Mano Mėnulis" after these terms have been amended, it shall be deemed that the Buyer has agreed to the changes in the Rules.

5. Ordering of goods, prices, payment procedures, and deadlines.
5.1. In the online store, the Buyer can make purchases online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through the online store "Mano Mėnulis".
5.4. All product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT, and in other currencies including VAT.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The shipment will only begin to be prepared upon receipt of payment for the goods.
5.6. If the Buyer fails to make the payment within 2 calendar days, the order will be cancelled.

6. Delivery of Goods.
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact delivery location of the goods.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally, and the goods have been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall have no right to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery to an incorrect party.
6.3. The goods are dispatched to the Buyer within 2 working days from payment confirmation.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if unordered goods are received in the shipment, if the quantity of goods is incorrect, or if the product set is incomplete.
6.6. The Buyer is required to provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged shipment and/or item(s) via email.

7. Product Quality and Warranties.
7.1. All product information for items sold in the online store "Mano Mėnulis" is provided in the product description accompanying each item.
7.2. The quantities of products shown in the store images do not always correspond to the price of a single item – the images may depict more than one unit. Measurement units are specified in the product description. The color of the products may vary slightly depending on the Buyer’s monitor.
7.3. The Seller may provide a corresponding quality guarantee for specific types of goods, the exact duration and other conditions of which are specified in the product description.

8. Marketing and Information.
8.1. The Seller may organize various promotions and offers in the online store "My Moon".
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend or cancel the promotional terms without separate notice. Any changes or cancellations to the promotional terms and conditions shall take effect from the moment of such amendment or cancellation.
8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer at the email address provided by the Buyer in the purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer shall send all notifications and inquiries using the contact details provided in the Seller's online store section "Contact Us."
8.5. The Seller shall not be held liable if the Buyer does not receive informational or confirmation messages sent due to internet connection issues, disruptions in email service providers' networks, messages being directed to the SPAM folder, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6 The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Terms.

9. Final Provisions.
9.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods have been established in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. Failing an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
