To perform the Palo Santo incense practice, you will need:
Palo Santo sticks;
A ceramic, glass or other non-flammable container in which to burn incense;
Matches or lighter;
Fans or feathers to disperse the smoke (optional);
IT IS IMPORTANT that there are no animals or children in the room when burning incense. Also, leave a window open before, during, and after burning incense so that the smoke can circulate freely, removing accumulated negative energy.
Light the stick and extinguish it after half a minute. Place it on a non-flammable surface or incense your home, objects, or ritual site.
