Palo Santo sticks;
Ceramic, glass or other non-flammable container in which smoking can be done;
Matches or lighter;
Fans or feathers to disperse the smoke (optional);
Before practicing, it is important that there are no animals or children in the room. Also, leave a window open before, during and after smoking to allow the smoke to circulate freely, removing negative energy.
Light the stick and extinguish it after half a minute. Place on a non-flammable surface or smoke the house, things, ritual place.
