According to Ayurveda, water stored in a copper vessel can balance all three doshas of your body (vata, kapha, and pitta). The copper vessel positively charges the water. Storing water in a copper vessel acts as a purification process. It can destroy all microorganisms in the water, such as molds, fungi, algae, and bacteria, which can be harmful to the body. It also helps maintain the body's pH (acid and alkaline) balance. When you keep water in a copper bottle overnight, copper ions dissolve in small amounts in that water. This process is called the oligodynamic effect, as this water can now eliminate harmful microbes, fungi, and bacteria.
Important:
Suitable for water only. Not suitable for milk, citrus fruits, and acidic liquids.
Copper conducts heat, so use only cold water to avoid burning your hands!
