The cut-out, Lithuanian cards were lovingly created by illustrator and text author Lina Žemyna and lecturer and nonviolent communication specialist Enrika Benevičienė.
Needs cards are a very useful tool that helps:
- better understand yourself and others;
- to discover the true roots of conflicts and solve them at the level of causes, not consequences;
- to bring attention back to the central motivation of all actions and words – needs;
- develop new habits that help you build closer relationships with yourself and others;
- Slow down, take time for your inner world, your true self.
When using cards, let your intuition speak, trust your inner guidance - there are no coincidences!
We suggest you try out several ways to use the cards and we invite you to constantly remind yourself that there are no rules! Let these cards obey your ideas, find new paths.
The cards have main and additional words, but it is possible that only one or a few words on the card are right for you - follow your inner voice and trust it.
Sometimes it happens that you already know very well what word you need - in that case, use a blank card and mentally write the word or phrase you need there.
The proposed ways of using cards are divided into three groups:
personal use
for two people
for group activities
- The needs card set includes: a set of 22 cards, a booklet with instructions, and a fabric bag for storing the cards.
